The National Housing Project is a new housing scheme located near Thalian Interchange and the proposed Rawalpindi Ring Road. The project is a joint venture between Chinar International Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and Messrs. Al Noor International Pvt. Ltd.


The developers claim that they have possession of the land. Development work is underway on the project site, so you should visit and check the actual on-site location and development status before deciding to purchase. There are limited residential and commercial plots available in this housing project which are available at very reasonable prices on a first come first served basis. So, if you have a small investment budget to buy something near New Islamabad International Airport, this project can be considered for investment.


There is no information available from the RDA about the approval of the NOC and the layout plan, so you should check the legality before considering investing in a national housing project.


According to the location map, the housing scheme is located about 8 km from the new Islamabad International Airport and about 4 km from Thalian Interchange and the proposed Rawalpindi Ring Road.

The National Housing Project has allocated 30% plot quota for general public, 30% plot quota for government employees and 40% plot quota for overseas Pakistanis.

You can either pay the full amount in cash for instant registration of the plot in your name, or you can choose the installment option which offers easy 3 year installment plan.
